Kommer du inte åt ditt konto? Mejla info@dejtablint.se från den adress du använde och skriv att du vill radera ditt konto. Vi raderar det och bekräftar inom 30 dagar.

Det här raderas

Direkt: din ansökan, dina svar, ditt namn, din e-post, ditt telefonnummer och dina meddelanden. Pågår din omgång avslutas dina samtal direkt.

Inom ett dygn: dina röstmeddelanden och bilder du har lagt upp efter en dejt.

Det här sparas

Anonym statistik som inte kan kopplas till dig. Har du stängts av, till exempel efter två uteblivna dejter, sparar vi en spärrkod från ditt BankID så att du inte kan komma tillbaka med en ny e-post. Spärrkoden är inte ditt personnummer och går inte att räkna tillbaka till det.

Delete your account

In the app

Open Dejta Blint and sign in. Go to Profile and tap Delete my account at the bottom. Confirm with Yes, delete my account. The account is deleted straight away.

On the web

Go to dejtablint.se/#/min-ansokan and sign in with the same email address as in the app. Tap Delete my account and confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

By email

Cannot get into your account? Email info@dejtablint.se from the address you used and say that you want your account deleted. We delete it and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

Straight away: your application, your answers, your name, your email, your phone number and your messages. If your round is running, your conversations end straight away.

Within a day: your voice messages and any photos you have uploaded after a date.

What is kept

Anonymous statistics that cannot be linked to you. If you have been blocked, for example after two missed dates, we keep a block code from your BankID so that you cannot come back with a new email. The block code is not your personal identity number and cannot be traced back to it.
